Background / Motivation:

 

National Leadership Summit is going to be organized on May 6th, 2018 by National Youth Association which will unite young Pakistanis from all over Pakistan together for a positive and productive cause dedicated to personal growth and learning, motivation and development of strategic leadership skills as 

well as community building.

 

The primary intention of the Summit is to motivate and train youth to become future leaders with practical leadership skills

and to let them walk in the world in a way that influence others to follow them as inspirational leaders. 

This summit will guide the Pakistani youth to get through all basic steps towards leadership and appear as a successful 

young leaders to work for the prosperity and development of their beloved country.

 

This summit aims to encourage youth to take part in leadership affairs of the country either its political or economical leadership.

The Summit inspires youth to turn their compassion into action by giving them the necessary tools and support to make an impact in their communities, their country, and, most importantly, within themselves.

 

√ Aims & Objectives:

 

Emphasising on the significance of strategic leadership in a diverse society of Pakistan, NYA (National Youth Association) decided to gather youth from all over the Pakistan and empower them with the message of peace, self-growth and development:

 

1. To motivate youth of Pakistan towards leadership.

 

2. To make them explore and learn about leadership skills.

 

3. Build leadership skills in our youth so they could become successful future leaders of Pakistan.

 

4. To raise our voices for representation of young leaders in political parties up-to 35%.

 

5. To promote the awareness regarding the need of strategic leadership skills and management skills.

 

6. To promote the passion of youth towards becoming leaders and to make them invent their own strategies.

 

7. To promote the positive image of the skilled country as well as to represent Pakistan through trained young leadership.

 

8. To provide a platform to the young and energetic youth to show their talent via Short Documentary competition and motivational Music.
