Society of Mining Engineers (SoME) aims at clearing perspectives and offering new avenues of exploration for the students all around the country in the field of Mining Engineering. SoME is the student society of Mining Engineering Department, University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, which happens to be one of the oldest department of the respective university established in 1954. Society has arranged various activities and workshops to uplift the importance of mining engineering and this sector in the Pakistan as it proves to be the back bone of one’s country.
