There seem to be very fine lines between the good and the bad. A lot of the problems today seem to be because of the collective moral, social, and mental dead-end that humanity seems to have reached. This year, the theme for TEDxPIEAS is Fine Lines. It depicts exactness and accuracy, perfect comparisons and differences. It is simplicity, and it is multi-faceted depth. It can be defined in many ways and as many things, and hence, it depicts the versatility of the talks Team TEDxPIEAS is working hard to showcase #TEDxPIEAS #FineLines TEDx is a platform where noteworthy ideas can be shared with the hope of spreading them within the community. TED is a non-profit organisation which started in California in 1984. Today, the foundation holds events all over the world in over 100 languages, backed by the slogan of ‘Ideas Worth Spreading’. A TEDx event is a local gathering where live talks similar to ones delivered at a TED event and videos previously recorded at TED conferences are shared with the community. These events are planned and coordinated independently, on a community-by-community basis. The content and design of each TEDx event is unique in its own manner with the general structure remaining the same.
