Shogun Anime & Comic Con

The time has come to unsheathe your swords and follow the cry of the taiko. Geek Haven is back with yet another event to blow you away!
 
Shogun Anime & Comic Con promises to provide a peaceful yet bustling environment with tremendous room to grow and rediscover the essence of Anime, Manga, Gaming, Korean culture, Japanese culture, and Cosplaying. Providing something for everyone to submerge themselves into, Geek Haven works very hard to ensure that even the curious few who are unfamiliar with these concepts can find something that is able to pique their interest.

The venue for the event is PACC - Saddar. Here’s a link to its exact location 
The duration of the event is 2 to 10 PM. It is advised that you reach on time.
 
Now onto more important things, what will Shogun Anime & Comic Con consist of to cater to the need of every geek? 

COSPLAY

Well, the most important element of any Comic Convention is its very own COSPLAY SEGMENT. For this, people dress up as the characters that they have always had an affection towards or are inspired by and come onto the stage during the COSPLAY WALK and display the hard work and sheer will they have put into becoming these inspiring characters. During the event, we would have professional photographers ready to grab your pictures with these amazing cosplay artists and of the cosplayers themselves.

GAMING

This would consist of two tournaments for which we’ll have limited seats and we’ll register ON THE DAY
- TEKKEN [PS4]
- DRAGON BALL Z BUDOKAI TENKAICHI 3 [PS2]
Besides these two tournaments, we will also have a Free to Play area which would have multiple different games for those who don’t get a chance to be in the tournament.

ART COMPETITION

Any comic convention would not exist unless we had multiple aspects of art contributing to it in each and every way. To appreciate that we will be having our very own 3 hour long Art Competition. For this, we will be providing Mixed Media Sheets and basic stationery and the rest will be up to you artists.

- Tribute Performances
- Guess the KPOP Song
- Karaoke
- Act a Drama Scene
